Introduction

Established in the 1980’s by Pat Garrivan and Paddy O’Rourke, the company has enjoyed continuous growth reaching £18m turnover in 2009. Its key focus is the provision of a complete construction service to clients in both the UK and Ireland. Michael King, Paddy Burns and Una O’Rourke have now joined the original founders as directors, and are assisted by a highly capable management team.

Our company has four main operational areas:

• Garrivan & O’Rourke Fit Out
• Residential
• Facilities Management

In each of these areas we take on projects from the small to the large with the same approach – that is, to work very co-operatively with the client and
deliver for them a quality project on budget and on time. A substantial part of our annual turnover is repeat business from existing clients and we take this as confirmation that we are succeeding in providing a high level of satisfaction to our clients.
